Catering Questions Answered

Everything you need to know about booking costa vida catering for your event.

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for smaller events (under 50 guests) and 4–6 weeks for larger events. This allows us to source the best ingredients and coordinate staffing. For last-minute bookings, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Absolutely. Costa Vida offers gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options across all our catering packages. Simply note your requirements in the special requests field when booking and our team will ensure clearly labeled, safe options are available for all your guests.

Our minimum for catering orders is 10 guests. For groups smaller than 10, we recommend placing a regular order for pickup or delivery through our standard menu. Our Starter package is designed specifically for intimate gatherings of 10–30 people.

Full setup and breakdown is included in our Premium package. For Classic packages, one on-site staff member assists with setup. Starter packages include delivery and serving equipment, but setup assistance is not included. All packages include cleanup of our own equipment and serving areas.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your catering booking. Full payment is due 48 hours before the event. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

We serve events within the greater Ogden, Utah area and surrounding regions. Delivery fees may apply for events beyond 25 miles from our location at 334 23rd St, Ogden, UT. Contact us for events in other states — we may be able to coordinate for large-scale bookings.
